New build villa

Modern new build on Costa Blanca Project

This is a premium position plot that is unique to the area as it enjoys views of the sea and mountains that are virtually unrivalled. The images are taken from the site and show that the views are uninterrupted and that it is impossible to build in front of. The mountains and land to the left are on protected national park lands. The urbanisation has all mains services underground including waste to a central septic tank.

Ador is situated 20 minutes by car from Gandia, the capital of the La Safor region in the Comunidad Valenciana. Gandia and its Blue Flag award winning beaches is a popular Spanish tourist town with an abundance of good quality restaurants, shopping and beautiful historic center.

Equidistant between Valencia y Alicante airports, the Gandia area is popular with European visitors who can enjoy apartment and villa rentals.

The variety of properties are used by local residents as well as a mixture of international neighbours both as permanent residents and holiday homes. This plot is situated at the end of a cul – de – sac on top of the urbanization with uninterrupted views.

Villa reform in time for retirement on the Costa Blanca. Project

Site: Javea, located on the Costa Blanca between Denia and Moraira in the Alicante Province.

After many years as a holiday home this property needed to be reformed for our client’s retirement. The initial project was to refurbish the interior, pool terrace and add a utility room. However, as work began on the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, damp was discovered throughout the villa. The problem was a leaking roof where the rainwater had run into the wall cavity. Therefore, the walls and all the upper level terraces were repaired.

Once the remedial work was completed we could continue with the actual reforming of the property.

Reform of Townhouse on Costa Blanca Project

Ms. B and Mr.J bought an old townhouse in the heart of Villalonga. They realised it was a task too big to do themselves so they contacted us. The house was in a neglected state but our clients believed it had great potential.
After the first visit we discovered that the walls were still standing…just. A thorough review of the house was made to establish the extent of repair.

Style wise our client had a clear idea of what they wanted. Modern amenities were going to replace the old or non existent. They wanted to retain the old charm of the property choosing tiles in keeping with a by gone era. Terracotta floor tiles, solid wood doors and wood effect windows create an old charm.

Swimming Pool Repair Bedar, Almeria Project

Situated in Bedar in Almeria.

This was a difficult repair to undertake. In reality the pool needed to be totally replaced as the ground that it was built on was moving. The geo technical study suggested that piling depth would be around 18m or more meaning that the cost to pile would be prohibitive. Given that the pool had lasted 6 years the client opted for a lighter weight, lower cost flexible repair that would last another 6 or more years. The structure had cracked through in places which were feeding water into the base of the pool making matters worse, one of the first problems that we had to resolve.
