This new build was to be rustic style with modern amenities. The project had to provide two dwellings with their own privacy.

The main house has 4 large bedrooms with ensuites and the annexe of 40m2 has an ensuite with sufficient room for a games rooms or storage. Central heating, full air conditioning and PVC wood windows and french doors throughout with views. Reclaimed antique doors were used to enter the courtyard created between the two dwellings and our artesan stone masons use the stone from the site on exteriors and feature walls inside.
